Channel Account Manager Small and Medium Business (SMB)

Functie
Account and program management, you will be in charge of defining and building, as well as managing a new program to deliver solutions into the SMB segment, you will manage a selected number of new Partners. The role includes frequent interaction with Customers, Partners and the SMB business development manager.
Key Accountabilities:
• Account Development exec needs to fully understand the needs of the partners target customers
• Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting
• Work with partners to execute programs effectively
• Develop partners within the channel program framework where applicable
• Develop a joint sales and marketing approach with partners to develop the partners relevant SMB segment expertise
• Work with training resources to ensure adequate levels of product knowledge are maintained within each partner
Opleiding
University degree in Sales or Marketing
Ervaring
This position requires an experienced individual with background and deep knowledge of the SMB segment. At least three years sales experience in a business development environment with knowledge of marketing communications
