Experience with the development of high performance systems in areas such as graphical visualizations, A.I. or heavily multithreaded applications using:
- Agile design methods, preferably SCRUM
- Object Oriented programming
- Core JAVA or OpenGL development is a plus but not a necessity

Tygron was founded in 2005. Creating and deploying a new generation of serious games for companies and the higher (management-) education market. Partnerships with, among others, the Delft University of Technology have enabled the company to do much research and development.
Tygron Serious Gaming BV specializes in bringing real-life complex management challenges, which have multiple actors with unique tasks and different interests, into a ‘multiplayer serious game’, making use of modern game technology.
To realize this, we have a team of enthusiastic, highly motivated professionals in the field of software development, game design, artists and experts in realizing state of the art serious games. We cooperate with experienced partners with specialized knowledge.
The power of Tygron is to make a good translation of the processes in reality into a game. Serious games are not 100% exact design tools, but they will model the strategies (short-term and long-term), mechanisms, merits, problematic cases and actors and show how they relate to reality.
Tygron is quickly growing. Other type of jobs are open as well.
