Together with your worldwide located team members you are first hand involved in delivering top-notch technical & functional support for our customers. While you follow-up on delivering the short-term, essential solution to incoming cases, you always conduct root-cause analysis and develop long-term solutions to avoid future downtime, resulting in an increased customer satisfaction.
Keys to succes:
- Providing support, both functional and technical, of all Anywhere365 applications (client and serverside), for both customers and partners.
- Install and configure Anywhere365 UCC (Unified Contact Center) software and associated infrastructure (Microsoft Skype for Business server and Microsoft SharePoint server).
- Support for Projects Leads in the implementation of Anywere365 with customers. (Unified contact center).
- You hold a relevant BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science.
- Curiosity and interest in technology.
- Experience with Microsoft environments.
- A basic knowledge of Window servers.
- The ability to see relationships between technical components.
- A service and solution-oriented attitude.
- Good command of the English language.
