We do this through our personal approach whereby we specifically look at the triangle: knowledge, expertise and personality so that we make the right match. Personal contact is our first priority at every stage of the process.

Haselhoff Groep has been a specialist in ICT recruitment since 1986. Next to ICT vacancies we can also help you with vacancies that are closely related to ICT such as CRM Marketers and Marketing Data Analyst. Our ICT expertise spans across a wide range of industries such as FMCG, B2C, Financial Services, Healthcare, Public sector and the Process Industry.

Personal intake

Together with you, we will discuss in detail the open position during a preliminary interview and use this information to create a job profile with which we will proactively look for the new colleague. We examine the job profile and description in order to achieve the best possible match. We will send you regular updates to inform you about the status of the procedure. We act as your company’s ambassador in the labor market.

The different steps in the process:

  • Assessment:
    An in-personal meeting to learn more about your company and collect all of the necessary information. We then examine this information and set up the job description. With this knowledge, we become your ambassador and ticket to the job market.
  • Recruitment:
    Through various channels, we look for the right executive, manager or professional for your position. We use our extensive database, job sites, social media and search consultants.
  • Interviews:
    After the recruitment and selection, we do individual interviews with the potential candidates. In these interviews, we discuss knowledge, expertise and personality in depth. If there is a match, you will receive the cv and a very detailed presentation (several pages) of the candidate. Based on these presentations, you can decide who you would like to meet in person.
  • Coaching:
    In order to make the onboarding as smooth as possible after signing the terms of employment, every candidate we successfully place will receive three coaching sessions.
  • Evaluation:
    After placement, we evaluate our cooperation with you and the candidate. Naturally, we will remain there for you as a consultant and sparring partner.
